Blocs and votes

Blocs vote. Members table votes to admit applicants (defence and economic unions need every member), expel members who attack another member, and sanction outsiders. AI members vote by their relations. Attacking a member of a defence pact brings the whole pact into the war.

You may found a bloc of your own with the countries that accept your invitation, under an emblem you design. Dwindling blocs dissolve. See the list of blocs.
